I’m Victor Salles — a backend developer working at the intersection of systems engineering and AI tooling.
My background is in Python and Django, building backend services and APIs. I’ve been working on automation scripting and, more recently, designing AI agent architectures that go beyond single-prompt interactions.
I’m based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I work across English and Portuguese.
What I’m focused on
Right now I’m building tools that sit between developers and their machines. Things like:
- A fully offline voice system for macOS that reads and transcribes with local AI models
- A macOS service manager with a visual builder for launchd configurations
- Structured multi-agent teams where AI agents have defined roles, memory, and escalation protocols
